Tibet is always a part of China, different from HK, TW, Wales.

1949 PRC founded, 1959 Tibet was liberated.

BTW: Here are 56 nations in China (me 92%), including Koreans living in the north. So we didn’t see any race rivals in RK, JP. The number of Tibetan is 3,000,000. Lhasa is the capital of Tibet Municipality, a lot of tourists are longing for.
